Palm Beach Downs Training Center is an exclusive, 85-acre, gated, boarding and private Thoroughbred training facility in South Florida, open seasonally. Our facilities are ideal for all phases of training: 2-year olds, rehabs, older horses, horses with nervous behavior, and horses that need special attention.

Palm Beach Downs offers your choice of two quality Thoroughbred training surfaces. Our main exercise track is a full mile wire to wire and 65 feet wide, with a quarter-mile starting chute.

During Season, the facility is watered and conditioned daily, it is open from sunup to 2 p.m. each day. The seven furlong turf course is available Tuesdays and Thursdays after 10 a.m.

Our six modern barns are constructed of concrete and steal, with firewalls. A total of 192 stalls are available, each measuring 12-1/2 feet square. All are equipped with full-height metal screen doors. Each barn includes four office/tack rooms and sleeping quarters for your night watchman or foreman.
